Returns and Exchanges
We aim to dispatch orders within three working days, therefore if you wish to cancel your order please do so within 24 hours.
You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund of the price you paid for the item or send a replacement.
All clothing must have the original labels or tags attached.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the return of garments that have been worn.
If you require a refund because the item is not as ordered, you must contact us within 14 days and you will need to return the item to us in the same condition you received it within 30 days of shipment.
To ensure the safe return of the merchandise, we suggest that you return all items via a tracked service such as that offered by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Please return your items with a copy of your invoice and a note of the refund/exchange you require.

Once your return has been received your Credit/Debit Card will be refunded within 3-7 working days. Your exchange should arrive within 3-7 working days (UK), 10-15 working days (REST OF WORLD). If there is a delay we will inform you.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund postal charges.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
When you send your item back to us we’ll process the returned item then you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 – 10 days of our receiving your return.
All items returned as damaged or defective will be checked for faults. In the event that no fault is found, we will unfortunately be unable to process a refund.
Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period
By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. For more information see Your Statutory Rights.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:
Where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we will refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred.
Where you are returning an entire order, we will refund applicable per-item delivery charges and the per-delivery charge that you incurred.
We will refund only standard (Airmail) postage charges for items delivered outside the UK.
We will not refund the cost of giftwrapping, your costs in returning the item to us or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part, because it is defective, or because it was eligible for free returns.
Items returned under the 30-day or 14-day returns guarantee
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between seven and 30 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item.
We will not refund the cost of giftwrapping, delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
